Keep your fluffy friends top of mind this weekend with two events benefitting local animal organizations. If you’re in the mood for something a little more sophisticated, catch some music in Audubon Park, a French Film Festival at the Prytania, or get to know the homes of the Bayou St. John neighborhood. Plus, the fun doesn’t have to stop on Sunday when there’s a new art installation in honor of International Sculpture Day on Monday.
2. Bayou St. John Home Tour — See the city’s colorful homes from a whole new perspective. Tour the inside of seven houses along the bayou on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets $20 to $25.
