America’s Got Talent in New Orleans

The hit show America’s Got Talent comes to New Orleans for one day to find the best in awe inspiring entertainment the Crescent City has to offer.

A national talent competition will find a jackpot of contestant hopefuls when conducting auditions in New Orleans this Sunday. The hit NBC show America’s Got Talent will be in town on November 13 to recruit the best in off the wall entertainment – a discipline that New Orleans performers specialize and run the gamut in. This is the opportune time to show the rest of America where the best in not only traditional but unfathomable entertainment really lives and impress the likes of celebrity judges Sharon Osbourne, Howie Mandel and Piers Morgan as well as the delightfully impossible executive producer Simon Cowell.

The casting team could fill all vying slots simply by taking a visit to Jackson Square where they would find fortune tellers, performance artists, singers, musicians and glass players, to name a few of the seemingly inherit skills bred in New Orleans, but the prospective talent will need to come to them. The New Orleans auditions are by appointment only. To be considered, just email and include your legal name and your team or stage name, your contact information, links to your website or videos of your act and a recent picture, preferably in your performance attire. If you or your group is selected, you will be contacted directly with details.

C’mon New Orleans, let’s show the world how it’s done. In 90 seconds or less, prove to the America’s Got Talent casting squad why you should get a chance at national fame and fortune.
