New Orleans Fashion Blogs We Love

Ten of the best fashion blogs in New Orleans, including The Elizabeth Chronicles, Haute Off The Rack, iHeartNOLA and more!

As the city prepares to host the biggest sporting event of the year, it’s easy to see that New Orleans is not only one of the best cities for hosting a party, but also one of America’s most forward and progressive communities. Our city offers entrepreneurial advantages to many young business people, cultural experiences a plenty, and so much music that on nearly any night of the week, one can stumble upon an amazing performance. It would be safe to say that New Orleans is on the map!  Additionally, New Orleans is becoming a budding fashion center.  Similar to cities like New York and L.A., a few ladies and gents that reside below the Mason Dixon line have created fashion and lifestyle blogs that rival those on the East and West Coasts.  So, without further adieu, here are a few of my daily reads:

Katie and Rachel of the Elizabeth Chronicles

The Elizabeth Chronicles

Katie and Rachel are two of the sweetest, most driven girls that I know. They have endless amounts of energy, inspiration, and ideas.  Along with a daily blog and work as independent stylists, both editorial and personal, they are also T-shirt designers.

Sequin Crush

Sequin Crush is every southern girl’s dream.  Jasmine easily blends edgy looks and patterns with approachable DIY projects. Her inspiration boards will make your imagination go wild!

Haute Off The Rack

Haute Off The Rack

I recently found HOTR a few weeks ago, and it was love at first sight. I love Jennifer’s elegant style and professional quality photography. I am thrilled that we have a refreshing and bright daily outfit blog in the Louisiana area.

Slow Southern Style

Cristy has a great sense of personal style that seamlessly mixes vintage with new.  Because she is a manager of a resale boutique, Cristy deeply understands fashion and trends.

Ingenue & Camp

Elizabeth, Martine, Amy, CC and Lacey delight in combining five different ultra-chic perspectives. Find the tastes of this fab five all in one place!

Oui We Girl

New Orleans Fashion Photo by Scott Simon

Andi Eaton is our resident vintage pinup girl. Not only does Andi head up the New Orleans Fashion Council, but she also doubles as the coordinator of New Orleans Fashion Week (in it’s fifth season: March 2-9). She recently added “fashion designer” to her repertoire.

A Little Happy

I found A Little Happy through my friend and contributing writer Hattie. The founder is probably a soul mate of mine. What sets Dominique’s blog apart is her eye for great design on a budget.

Scott Simon is one of the sweetest people in this city.  Endlessly connected and always smiling, I Heart NOLA is easily one of my favorite blogs this city has to offer. His determination to produce great content and drive to meet the newest business owners is outstanding. He truly appreciates a fashionista!

Candy Apple Blog Shop

What started as a blog is now a fully functioning hub for e-commerce and fashion.  Primarily on Facebook (with an occasional in-home/store/gallery pop-up shop), Candace has grown this promising idea into a great place to meet, talk, and share one’s love of personal style.

In case you’re looking for more, the tenth is my personal account of life and style in New Orleans.

A true New Orleans lifestyle combines music, fashion, design, art and everything in between.  KGB entertains with photographs from a pug-loving, songwriter-dating southern girl living by the bayou.
