The rivalry continues. That’s what fans can expect at the 2019 Bayou Classic on Saturday, Nov. 30 at 4 p.m., when the Grambling State Tigers take on the Southern University Jaguars in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. This year marks the 46th meeting of the two HBCU rivals, an event that draws more than 200,000 people to New Orleans each year. Between the game, the epic battle of the bands, and the parade, you’ll see why it’s a tradition that runs so deep.
