September’s fitness classes are all about trying something new.
This month, we’ve highlighted workouts that will take you out of your comfort zone, whether that’s trying a different type of workout, like City Surf or strength and conditioning bootcamps, or simply taking your workout to a different location, like the Superdome or the New Orleans Jazz Museum.
As the weather beings to cool, you’ll have ample opportunity to enjoy outdoor fitness classes, too. Now get out there and enjoy!
