One of New Orleans’ great green spaces is Audubon Park, located Uptown right off the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line. There are lots of reasons to love this park: it’s easy to get to, you get fantastic views of the stately campuses of Tulane and Loyola Universities, there’s a golf course and Audubon Zoo, fitness stations are located around the walking and running path, and the whole space is framed with gorgeous live oaks.
